To save your selection it would be easier to go to your path tab and name the path lips...the path will always be there for you to use later.

I believe you have to have the Extended version, but if you do, then you need to have quicktime installed on your system.

After that is taken care of, simply open photoshop and the opening your AVI or MPEG file.
