I take calcium for the week before I start (for emotional control, which sounds weird, but totally helps) and no zits has become a fortunate side effect of that. I seem to always get at least one, sometimes two zits around that time and this has helped me. Hope it helps you too:) Calcium, 2x a day for the week before and all through the dreaded dirty trick from ol' mother nature. LOVE your videos:)

For the pimples, I know exactly what you need to use.

I know that stuff the Proactive Solution stuff comes in a pack but it's worth getting for the Refining Mask that's in it.

You will absolutely loveee it.

I put it on my whole face on saturday night because it felt oily (that and I had 2 continent size zits on my face -_-) and on sunday morning, No oiliness at all and the pimples reduced size immensely!

And today, monday, their gone.
