  • Foreign Exchange never disappoints...

  • I myself always go for the beautiful ones even though Im just an average looking guy. Caught the woman I was seeing once with a another guy and it enraged me. I too was angry very angry, did I hit the guy? No. Was I gonna? Yes. Probably even slap her but something stopped me.. This video gave me the goose bumps....

  • She should have called the cops on that bitch when he tried to fight her BF!

  • Wish FE came closer to New Mexico. Damn, they are dope. Would love to see them live.

  • This is some Criminal Minds type shit. Dope.

  • This video disturbed me! lol

  • Some dudes take it to another level. Makes you want to stay single...damn. Was that a lazer beam gun?

  • Wow! That video was powerful, a man's obsession with a beautiful woman turned crazy.

  • Wow.

    Video's hot

  • I have always had an affinity for you guys' artistry...I would surmise that it's pretty-safe to say that--after watching this video--my respect for your creative musings has been bumped up, a few notches.

    SALUTE.

I look forward to meeting you folks at the top, someday in the near future...respect...

  • Wooooooow!!! What a crazy video! Loved the song though!

  • Wow, that's crazy! Wouldn't have thought to use this storyline for that song but it goes pretty good. Great job

  • I've noticed that you guys have a true love for the City of Philadelphia. I take pride in the many beautiful backdrops that the city offers. I love that outside sources are showing off our beauty. It seems that most of our artists don't realize them gem that we have & go elsewhere to film their videos. Thank you very much!!

  • Real good... But damn niggas!!!

  • Nice work!!!

  • Yo, what kind of video is that? I love Foreign Exchange though, always thinking outside the box. Shot out to Nicolay in the video with his cameos.

  • crazy white stalker

  • love the storyline....

  • DEEP VIDEO

  • DAMN!! Dude should've just gone out for some comfort food, or dialed up an old booty call like the rest of us, or SOMETHING!

  • this is an amazing video! shows how the smallest things can spark feelings, and how easily people can be mislead. great video guys!

  • See man....don't play with a man's emotions like that. He may just put you in the trunk of his Car. Or his friends car if he doesn't have one.

  • Wow

  • I love this song! I can't believe homeboy ended up killing her tho! Really intense!

  • That was intense!

  • just found out about this group and I am hooked .. :)

  • I like how Phonte and Nicolay are always having guest appearances. Lol.

  • I can't believe people are complaining about the violence in this video. I love positivity too, but climb from under your rock for a second and realize that these kinds of stories are not far fetched whatsoever! This kind of craziness happens everyday. There's a difference between glorifying violence and showing the world the truth of everyday circumstances. Grow up people, you're not 10 anymore.

  • well, damn.

  • I had a waaaay better concept for this video. :-(

  • this is the gayest video ive ever seen

  • This is artistic freedom. Its not that is a violent video its a video that is the expression from an artist. The video does relates to the song. Music doesn't have to lift you up and make you happy. It can also invoke feelings and emotions no matter if they are good or bad.

Big ups to the Music Director and Foreign Exchange

    Its Truth! Its Real Life!!!

  • @philiparthurmoore Yeah That freaked out worker is Nicolay the groups musical guru...he is loved

  • really? can someone please tell me how this video relates to the song at all? and why +FE would add to the plethora of violent media/entertainment. let us remember marvin gaye's message that music is supposed to lift you up, make you high. i've felt that way from listening to +FE before but this was a total downer. can anyone really feel good after watching that?

  • @tado0719 You don't have to always have a positive response to art and that is one of the messages I wanted viewers to realize with this one. If all stories had happy endings, that would be pretty dull and definitely selling ourselves short. Happy or sad though, I am glad you felt SOME way about the video.

  • my big debut at 2:56 lol

  • @GabrielPoopify lol,you did great :)

  • amazing ,thought provoking vid.goes perfectly with the song. foreign exchange is amazing

  • WOW....THAT WAS BRILLIANT!BEST R&B SONG N VIDEO GOES TO F.E

  • Actually a pretty cool vid, who knew.

  • FE's talents are endless. All I can do is just sit back and listen..... Real music FEELS good.

  • The more I listen to it, the more I love this song!! :)

    "Ever Fall In Love Again!!~~"

  • I just saw this on TV. I knew from the first moment that I saw the main actor how the story would end - not because I have a deranged imagination but because of the actor's ability to embody a sick, obsessed F. Give the man an Oscar, he got every creepy detail down.

  • Wow

  • Thanks to The Foreign Exchange for reissuing "Connected"...it's about damn time!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Oh No. =(

  • The end is like O_O

  • This video scared the heck outta me. Too close for comfort. To real. And killing ur obsessions isn't "normal"

  • WOW.. totally unexpected ending, but i love it for that...

  • I don't know why everyone is going crazy... I thought killing your obsessions or exs was normal o.O

  • @MrBladeCrash - Actually he's Phonte from Little Brother... 9th Wonder is the producer in Little Brother.

  • GREAT VIDEO. NOW HOW CAN I GET ONE OF THOSE FE SHIRTS.

  • i had never heard of FE until they came to Greensboro fall semester of this past year. they're dopeee!

  • lol wow omg what a video...

  • this is what is missing from MTV and BET. Hell of a video.

  • That guy is a good actor, with every look every step of every scene he looked like someone that would do something like that. Watch out for this cat if you see him on the street ladies, he is for real.

  • Wow! I was not expecting the ending of this video. All of FE's videos have kept me in suspense. I love it! Keep up the great work.

  • OMG....guys you really went there with this video. Authenticity is wrought with emotion and the videos all mimic that same feeling. This was deep. Big ups to Matt Koza again....great work guys!!

  • This video is so raw and real ever second from each scene to each note. this blew me away. Amazing video keep them comin please

  • By the way what is that Mbox doing on nicolays desk?!?! is he making music while hes at work? not cool.

  • @MrSayHeyKids Glad to see you were into the video! Good eye.

  • I love FE's music but i always feel like their videos come across as amateuristic.. dont get me wrong i love the concept of the video, but i always feel like the shots and the editing make it look overly indie. now i might be the real problem here wanting everything to be more hollywood and everything, but alot of people i know seem to agree with me. so im really on the fence with this. with that said, i still LOVE the music and the video. i just think it doesnt represent +FE as well as it could.

  • I know I am snobbish in all my (self) perceived intelligentsia, but how did you not see that coming? The opening scene was a gun, a trunk and a girl tied up, then we see an obviously obsessed stalker man with an abnormal sense of reality who gets progressive in his unnaturally clingy behavior and confronts woman and boyfriend violently...We knew the ending from the beginning. All stories don't end happily ever after...

  • that video was pretty powerful, always thought that your videos were pretty important and drew upon thought from the viewers but this is mind blowing, keep it up.

  • Another fantastic Video guys. I'm loving Nicolays little cameos in all the vids. Powerful. Keep on keep keepin on!!

  • I love The Foreign Exchange and finally got to see them live a couple years ago Johnny Brenda's. I was surprised when I saw their new video, that it was filmed in PHILADELPHIA! If you pause it at 0:55 you can see the receipt is for Sabrina's Cafe. Also, scenes at Penn's Landing & Seaport Museum.

  • @ThePhiladelph Most of our videos are actually shot in Philly: Take Off The Blues, I Wanna Know, House Of Cards, Maybe She'll Dream Of Me and this last one.

  • Comment removed

  • @FEofficial I knew that was Sabrina's.... love their stuffed french toast! It's amazing they don't perform more shows considering all of the video's shot here... I will be at World Cafe Live tomorrow to see them!!

  • Comment removed

  • @ThePhiladelph pennslanding too

  • Great song, I don't care for music videos in general. Didn't really provoke emotion, but I liked it because it was different.

  • whoa! you guys keep pushing the boundaries. i love it. i stop whatever i'm doing now if i catch wind of a new FE release. i like what you're doing with the visuals and only making small cameos, if at all. memorable and well done!

  • WoW

  • the moral of the story is, waitresses of the world.... STOP smiling at the customers.

  • This video left me speechless y'all! #CRAZINESS!

  • Umm...I'm going to pretend like I never saw the end of this video so I can still manage to enjoy the song. Still my favorite band though.

  • Best music video I've seen in a while. Bravo!!

  • This is soooo scary...because this can happen to anyone...but SO love the song and LOVE THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE!!!

  • I love the video, guys! If only I could be viewed in slow motion all the time... And you've made a fan of me. I can NOT get this song out of my head. Incidentally, I have never felt safer on a film shoot. Everyone was so great to work with.

    Love,

Tiffany (still alive in real life)

  • Felt like I was watching a lifetime movie!!! Love It!!!

  • Love the video. It was a different concept from what I visioned the video would have been. Great

  • I'm not sure how I feel about this video either. I love FE... but this video is very disturbing and totally does change my view on the song. Definitely not a video I would want to watch more than once. But eh.. Authenticity is kind of a darker ablum.. so .. eh. Idk.

  • Love the video. FE never disappoints. My favorite group/band till this day. Come to NYC you guys please !!

  • OMG I didn't expect this. I love the visuals, they change my initial perception of the song. This is (unfortunately) what happens sometimes...we gotta be careful.

  • OOOHHH WHEEE!!!

  • Amazing!

Another deep video by The Foreign Exchange!

  • fucking awesome!

  • hmmmmmm......hmmmmm.......It's real.

  • Saw that coming a MILE away...

  • real shit right there....

  • This video was shocking but also REAL!!!!! She was just being nice to a him as she did to her other customers and he took it the wrong way.

  • Well damn...

  • Its OBVIOUS that this video is much different then what most thought it would be, It's still one of their best songs. I personally didn't mind the direction that they took this in. I mean this is the +FE we're talking about. They always take things to a whole other level, and that's why I ♥ em :)

  • GOT DAMN.

  • We love to be numbed by false superficial Disney ending bullshit don't we? The goal of this video is to provoke an emotional response. Feel something real. Not all emotions have to be pleasurable to be important. Good job guys awesome video. I dd not expect that.

  • @mpeekay76 you get it.

  • @bellakatush Not everything that is artistic or powerful is pretty. It's a music video, it's not as if it's a snuff film. Also pont isn't a word, check ya grammar son.

  • Wow. Just wow. This video was most unexpected.

  • Great song. Psychotic video. Reminds me of Kanye West's "Flashing Lights" with less titties.

  • Wow! OMG! I read some of the comments and then watch the video. Im left speechless. This scenario could have played out so many ways. I dont know if this is bringing awareness or going to far.

  • GREAT job using this beautiful song to bring awareness to the topic of stalking. This is what true art is supposed to do... bring attention to and heighten awareness. Too many people didn’t notice that a link to an anti-stalking site was sent after the link to the video to give explanation for this video.

  • deep

  • The Last time he will ever fall in love again....Never gonna love again

  • oh no...i was feeling this video until the end...that was wild...just too wild!

  • ...gotta love the foreign exchange. totally should have expected my favorite song to have the most compromising video.

  • love the song. hate the video.

  • Im speechless since I wasn't expecting this for The Last Fall video. Feel like I do when viewing House of Cards.....very powerful.

  • This video makes me want to ACTUALLY stalk Katy O'Leary. haha

  • Dude holy shit

  • I hope this video didn't ruin the song for me, but I'm afraid it has. Enjoyed the Nicolay cameo though.

  • I liked it. I would compare it to Marsha Ambrosious' "Far Away" vid that also addresses a very real scenario. i'm def not a fan of violence, but it was realistic.

  • Comment removed

  • You know we chop up these...

  • @heavenleiblu AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! *epic eyebrows* "I'm family."

  • That video stressed me, forreal :-/ :::puts "Take Off The Blues" on repeat::: I think the only way I can cope with the video is to view is as "metaphorically" killing something that never really existed, rather than the literal depiction. I think I speak for a lot of women when I say that this is probably one of our biggest fears -- crazy creeper man who stalks, kidnaps & kills friendly women in a dark alley... it's not great to see this played out.

  • If the idea was to get attention you have mine for the minute. Visual vibrations are as Important as the music. They last as long too why such Imagery for views ,controversy? phonte come home, and get back with little brother. Smile

  • damn what a creeper!!!

  • Wow!

  • VERY powerful video, also not exactly what I pictured when I 1st heard the song BUT for those of you upset with the end you OBVIOUSLY haven't gotten the point that @FEofficial deals with THE REALITY OF LIFE! Its good and happy and "Take Off The Blues" from time to time but the TRUTH is what you saw at the end does happen, some of you are just mad that you were forced to realize something that rocked your little fantasy world (thats what BET & MTV are for)

    MUCH LOVE @FEofficial

  • Whoa!

  • read some Robert Browning poetry, especially pieces like "Porphyria's Lover" and "My Last Duchess" and you'll understand where this video is coming from... trust me!!!

  • great song.

but wow, that video was unexpectedly dark. it was good, but, deeeefinitely not the direction I thought they'd go in lol

  • Very powerful, I guess that she will never love again. This is the darkest +FE music video made to date.

  • This is craziness son! I do like it. I understand some will not like to see tragedy, but keep it in perspective. People go watch movies and crime shows like its nothing.

  • Crazy vid, in a good way!

  • FE should Always be proud of what they do... Coz I know I am lol but being creative with their videos always adds another dimension to their music which other artists can not capture. The ending... mayb its coulda been cut b4 the shots were fired... BUT... either way ppl gonna b talkin about it which is the point! God speeddddddd my young brethrin lool

  • AMAzing music right here

  • amazing song, love the video. hope darien brockington will be making a couple appearances on any new album

  • There's no difference between this and any thing you might see on lifetime, the only reason people will whine is because it's a woman in the trunk, if the roles were reversed then people would really be calling it genius. This happens in real life, not always with such a tragic ending, but there are obsessive people out there who could go those lengths.

  • Haha, Nicolay fuckin him up :D

  • WOAH! Freaking deep ass vid :0 <3 loved it

  • The Foreign Exchange is the only RnB group I listen to. This is........Unexplainable

  • This is short film material.

  • Really good video with cameos by Nicolay and his wife :) It kept me on the edge. The thing is for people who don't like it situations like these happen everyday. Some people become obsessive when they think they are in love. Phonte said it best at the live show FE talks about love that hard shit. So everything isn't always to pretty and romantic.

  • Is this on Vh1 Soul yet?

  • 1 Word...................EPIC. I Love Watching The Foreign Exchange Music Videos. They Always Tell A Story And Add To The Narrative Thats Created In The Song Lyrics. Its More Than Just Music. Its About LOVE, EMOTIONS, TIME, EXPRESSION And Most Importantly LIFE!!!! Long Live The Foreign Exchange

  • WELL!!!!!!!!! WE ALL KNOW I'M A FAN! And I'll continue to push The Foreign Exchange on my website! Love it! Love it! Love it! I'm sorry I can't post it to my site this month because I'm doing a whole dedication to women artist .....but I'll be putting this on replay like crazy!

  • This video is so artistic. I can't wait to hear Foreign Exchange, Fuze The Mc, and Blu on a track. That would be a dream come true. Far as the ending .....still reflecting lol

  • @OKthatsimportant oooooooooooo Foreign Exchange and Blu???? That would be DOPE!!!! i just learned about Fuze about a month ago, and yeah him too. That would be mind-blowin.

  • Great song, scary video

  • I never am surprised by what you all come up with. I never try to assume wit FE, I like how you keep me on my toes. And to all those who dont like the video... these types of one-sided relationships take place more than you know, be it someone they dont know or a controlling relationship where one is ALWAYS being watched. "stop - think about it"

  • Nice work, you guys never disappoint

  • Comment removed

  • @bellakatush You are more than welcome to have and share your opinion and you don't have to admire anything that you don't like.We felt that even though it is definitely intense and pushing some envelopes, this video ultimately offers a different and twisted take on the song that we thought was quite fitting.

  • Comment removed

  • @bellakatush And what's more, it's REALLY getting people to talk about it. :-)

  • @FEofficial thats still fucked up son. didnt see THAT coming at all

  • @bellakatush I wouldn't say admire it, but it is taking a view on something that some people actually do or thought about doing going through this situation. I'd say it is more of a message

  • Comment removed

  • Wow love it. great job guys

  • Sheesh.

  • the video made sense to me, great job!

  • im all for the change-of-pace from +FE. yall are squeamish

  • Comment removed

  • @bellakatush I think you needa replay the video then, it does represent what the song's about. Good video, I was expecting seeing the foreign exchange in it, but it's good.

  • Comment removed

  • @bellakatush Well, the song itself is about person A being in love with person B, when in reality person B doesn't care about the relationship. The video is about a guy who falls in love with a waitress, who in reality was just using him for her job. He fell in love but she didn't care, the guy became obsessive & decided to stalk her. He gets her to say to her "All the days I stood by your side,

Now I stand with nothing to show for it" He fell in love with her, but she was doing her job.

  • @bellakatush So his love was one sided, like in the song. Maybe in the song he didn't go psycho, but it definitely works. Now that I write it out it makes even more sense. Great video, hope you get to see it again now. Haha, got me analyzing music videos on my lunch break, haha.

  • Comment removed

  • @bellakatush Really? I think we could list a LONG list of music videos containing some form of violence.

  • @bellakatush If you at Kayne West lights flashing there is violence in that video as well
