@Josiahinnc The commercial starts out speaking of a legend held dear by the royal family, this legend of course most likely the Hero of Time

So not only is the speaker most likely part of the royal family but the hero of the legend saves Princess Zelda not his sister. Also the attire for the commercial is used for Zelda in Twilight Princess

Regardless it's not really important considering neither Link's sister or Tetra would really be knowledgeable about this, its purpose is just to make hype

That wooould have worked well only if it were true.. see Zelda didn't need saving at all especially during the first half of WW cause she was a bloody pirate and was in my opinion strong willed. But yes the second half she get caught... but doesn't explain why she is locked up in forbiden fortress as the ad suggested. More suited for TP then WW...IMO....

@9AlexB6 Nope, the Ad clearly says Zelda.... Link is Destinted to "Save" Zelda and that is what the legend states. That is what this commerical is implying. How would Aryil now as much as it is being narrated. It's implied that the girl under the viel is Zelda.

@Darkshitsuji As said at the start, it's a legend; not a secret or anything. Everybody knows the legend of the hero of time, which is why when boys come of age they wear Link's green outfit. What also states that it's Aryll is that Link started off his quest to save his sister, but as the story progresses, his destiny is something much deeper. It's Aryll, trust me ;)

@TheKayasto Since the Legend of Zelda series is inspired by a lot of British mythology (Camelot, Robin Hood, Peter Pan etc), then the closest nationality you could put on Zelda characters would be British. But to be truthful, Zelda characters don't have official nationalities because they don't speak, at least not much.
