if your in the oswestry area you mite like to have a look at lake vernwy too another really good spot for a paddle beautifull lake, but take a paddling buddy as it can quite dangerous.
hello again! how are you? There are a couple of great launch points i use at llanberis. One is by the dive centre, if you park in that car park its on your right its a small lagoon you can paddle out from. lovely spot! or there is another spot just past the visitor centre on the right if you launch from there theres some islands and creeks to explore, if you need a paddling partner give me a shout id be happy to show you around im not to far from oswestry!
Hi - me again. have now upgraded to a Perception Sealion. Can you tell me some of the best launch points at Llanberis? Going to my Uncles in Oswestry in October and have only been on the sea so far.

hiya thanks, its a good sport to get into definatly the most rewarding sport ive tried, i started at eight and its been with me since! the lake in the vid is called llanberris its in north wales in the snowdonia national park, its a lovely spot to paddle and the water is crystal clear.
hiya, thanks for the comment its nice to get some feed back, its a really beautifull place luv it up there and your right it was a wind free day ive never seen it so calm, no snow on snowdon though it was low lying clouds but just as nice to look at :-) got a few trips planned for 2008 so keep your eyes peeled for more vids llanberis isnt too far from home so im sure ill be up there again soon if you fancie a paddle let me know!

I paddle this lake often. Looks like you got it on a calm day! Is Snowdon covered in snow? Nice video.
