ooglybog is correct. after 600 haste chain lighting will reduce your DPS on single target.

well to be honest wit bloodlust that's ok dps but chain lightning shouldent even be used in raid situations unless you have 3 or more targets and rarely on boss fights all you did here is bloodlust and blow everything and still did just ok, this is not accurate as to ele shamans true dps
