i got 1 of these the other day and im still getting it to work right. idk how old this xsata kit is but i got it from my cousin. anyways when i plug the usb into my computer it should say never device found or w/e. i got a 60gb hdd do i need a newer version of the xsata to read my hard drive?? plz help

When I open partition 3 on xplorer360 it doesn't show anything, but when I do it on xport360 it shows the files :(

hey when i plug in my XSATA into my xbox 360 and my computer i know i have it plugged in right because it finds it but when i double click on partition 3 nothing happens.... like i've waited for over a half hour and still nothing i've noticed that when i have the cord plugged into the back of my xbox data does not seem to go through like it says that there are no profiles when i am looking at the homepage but when it is unplugged the profiles turn up. if you have any suggestions please respond

No, both Xport and Xsata are compatible with all new and old hard drives.

well i have been trying to mod some halo 3 maps and when i open my explorer360 program and try to open my hardrive it says something like no drive found. now i have my hardrive connected to my computer with this cable that came with my new hardrive, is it possible that the cable is too new to connect to the computers? please reply!!

You lost me at 2 minutes and 34 second when you opened the drive in XP and got three partitions. When I open the drive menu and click on the drive option I get the error message "no FATX drive found" or some such. What am I doing wrong? I checked all my firewall and network settings and find no instance where there should be a problem.
