People can get away with throwing the word "Indian" around referring to people who are not from India or of Indian decent, because Indian people are very few in the American population. But if lots of Indian people lived in the US, using that word incorrectly would be as obviously unacceptable as telling a racist black joke in front of black people.

Racial hypersensitivity is almost as bad as racism, and white people have never had a huge problem with anti-white racism, so it doesn't mean anything. If a black guy called me a cracker, I would just worry about my safety- not react violently out of anger. Racial hypersensitivity just makes people look dangerous and stupid.

This is NOT Enigma! It was sung by the late Navajo elder Kee Chee Jake from Chinle, Arizona. The song is a remixed version of a portion of the Navajo Shoe Game song (a part of the origin myth describing a game played among the day and night animals in which the animals who discovered in which shoe a yucca ball was hidden would win a permanent state of daylight or night.)
