  • @mellowords same tune at the same period, the ideas will naturally preserve similaritys, as bud's soloing over rhythm changes at this tempo hell naturally sway toward certain phrases, check his versions in lausanne and geneva for similar solos. how players in the bebop idiom create solos is using their own store of bop 'vocabulary' which suits a certain chord or groups of chords thus all solos over the same progression will sound, in a way, similar as theyre created from the same vocabulary bank
