you cant, they have whats know as "stabsensitive" fuzes, meaning it only takes a little bit of force to send the firing pin into the detonator and set it off. The only thing to do if you are close to one of these is to back away slowly as to not disturb the item, leave a warning sign(crossed stics, etc) and report it to the authrorites so they can get an Ordinance Disposal tem to detstroy the item
