@JuanPaBJxGothic : that is a service wire. It consists of a neutral, the bare aluminum wire, and two 120 volt legs that have black insulation covering them. It is commonly called triplex. the squirrel looks like it bit thru the insulation and became a path to the neutral. A bird can sit on an energized line , his body energized to 10,000 volts, and not die as long as he does not provide any path to another conductor or ground, therefore no current will flow through his body. hope this helps
