You can actually see the stuff start rolling down the hill and off into the sunset. Most of us knew which way it was going to go. Hint: Never mess with something as great as what you all had there.
I will always hold on to my 1995 55-94, but thats bout it man.
I'm sure the list of endorsers who readily play live and record with their Laklands would disagree as well. To each their own, but saying they're overrated is admitting you're uninformed about how well-regarded they are in the professional AND amateur playing world. Cheers, and good day...
How tacky is that sign in the background

Loving the 44-51 Modern - not loving the DONT NOT TOUCH sign.

The "Do not touch" sign is very tacky...next time stand somewhere near a sign that says "we would love you to come in and try a bass"...

@martyman5000 We're very sorry so many were put off by the signs.
This video was made at an Open House Lakland was kind enough to host for the Owners Group. In the next room were dozens of basses for people to try.
THIS certain rack was full of customer basses. All which were special orders.
For one of those instruments to be mishandled and possibly damaged/scratched would have been a huge problem.
We can assure everyone was encouraged to play any other basses in the building.

I'd like a 51 modern with a single coil option (I'm not a fan of the slab body style). Do you think the custom shop will be able to do that?

micolao- Your opinion is appreciated, however our club has 680 members that happen to disagree. To each his/her own. Peace
