Beautiful playing and sound, even allowing for the double tracking used. Like the way he keeps the melody simple and doesn't use too many embellishments which he could do with his technical ability.

That might be nice, it has a bit of a sound of a Russian waltz to me, they are always so yearning. Maybe a Russian countryside

and peasants working in the fields. In

those Russian villages they would sit after work in the evening, play accoedeon, sing and dance in the evening, I think a slow Russian sance in national costumes would be perfect.

Yes something like it. The original title is Poranek. Composer John Lindsay. He also composed a Mazurka and Vieneta Glocken /Bells of Vieneta (a city that drowned). I do not know his where abouts or dates....

I found out today that the composer is from Austria and Poranek dates back to about 1920.
