He's a human being! I would take my child to a medical doctor if I felt something was wrong so, no, it was not their "fault" that this happened to the children. This was a human error that could have been prevented by following a strict process.
I really hate to say it but it must be said. It is only the Quaids fault that this happened. I was home birthed with a midwife as was my 2 brothers and sister. 80% of the people I hang out with were home birthed and 90-95% of the "new parents" I know either have had their children at home or are consulting with a midwife in preparation for so. There are over 4000 new mid wives trained in the US alone each year. The AMA consistently makes lethal or near lethal mistakes. What else us there to say?
Yeah you're right. All families who have their babies in hospitals deserve for their babies to die. Since all midwives are trained to perform emergency surgery administer IV drugs without supervision...you're out of line hippie...I was a nursing major headed for a career in midwifery and not everyone can benefit from this option. Let me give you some statistics. 1855 between 53-72 percent of children born hit the grave. Try not to knock the medical field too much ok?
Yeah it's a coincidence, the hospital admitting responsibilty. The guy is a celebrity!!!! If it was a typical family, non celeb, I wonder if the hospital would change their tune.
