get phantom ground blooms, they are usually buy one get one free for a 6 pack plus they last a little longer :) man i hate california tho :(

@butmonkey100 I bought them In San Francisco's Chinatown but I highly doubt that they have anything right now since it's not the Fourth of July or Chinese New year. I bought the Piccolo Petes over at Isleton, CA at a TNT Fireworks stand.

@megustanlashueras i can get a brick of firecrackers there for about 4 for 6$ a case of 200 bottle rockets for 25$ its just cheraper there and just about every store has them just have to ask OAKLAND PD IS WATCHING :0

Hey all you have to do is hammer out all of the white powder from the piccolo pete in a plastic ziploc bag sandwich size. then all you have to do is cut the bag to make is smaller and put fuse in. make a hole in a soda bottle and line bag around top of bottle. screw cap on with fuse sticking out light then run like shit! lol they banned those in my county.Anyways if you want really loud crackling whips go to onlinefireworks . com they are called magic whips and are a lot better than that crap
