loved this, thank you...I have been learning this and gradually accepting my responsibility for how I have created my life, acceptance of a deeper understanding and forgiveness to self for making such a mess of it in places that gave me opportunities for growth that I don't need to keep perpetuating. I am learning how to turn my thoughts round to a better well being, which is pretty good cos I practised being not well for a long time. I was good at it, I was a great victim and now I am being me!
