  • great... looks like a video song 5 star

  • hey! beautiful video! how did you follow them at that speed? where you using a steadycam?

  • nope, just on my longboard following them along side.

  • that's a very cool talent man, just like Neveldine/ Taylor from crank, crank 2 and gamer

  • How do you guys like the pintail?

  • Do you use 2 cameras or just one?

  • just one.

  • Very nice. Check my test vid from my vibrating adapter.

  • This is the video that inspired me to get my own 35mm adapter. So thank you!!

  • whats the song? great video 5 stars

  • it's Radiohead's Kid A from the album Kid A

  • hey man,

how do you do the flip hack for the dvx 100b

  • one more thing; just checking to make sure, because id rather not invest the money if im not going to wish i hadn't but does the 35mm adapter have to have the vig netting or can you make one without it

  • This video was created with one of my first ever adapters, Thus it had a lot of vignetting.

My adapter that i sell now has virtually NO vignetting. The only vignetting that you can get will come from the lenses that you choose to use, sometimes lenses 20mm and bellow can create slight vignnetting, but this un-avoidable. Even these lenses in proffesional photos / films get vignette from the super wide angle lenses.

  • Comment Continued - - - If you have a look at my "inbloom" trailer this is a good example of how my adapter doesn't get vignette. except at 00:12 when i use a 17mm lens, there is a slight vignette. but the lighting also exaggerated this. the following shot is with a 17mm and you can see the vignette isnt bad, but its slightly present. But it looks natural on a wider angle i think. Either way, vignette is not a problem with my adapter, so i wouldn't worry.

  • hey around how much did it cost you to build that 35mm adapter anyways?

  • this adapter in particular was my first one i ever built, it costed me around $100 to make. but it was basically all glued and taped together. the adapter i use now costed me $425 to build

  • KID A !!

    awesome video

your an excellent film maker man, i love all your vids

    keep it up

  • This just goes to show how an awesome skate video is made even when the skaters are new with tricks; pretty much what my crew is going through right now.

By the way-he definitely ate concrete at 1:44-nice cover

  • This is such good filming to me.

    & great boarding too.

  • did you make this and film it off a tv??

  • Umm no, it may look like that because the curved corners where from the inside element of the focusing screen. Its a component of a 35mm adapter.

  • Awesome filming! DOF is amazing :D

  • beautiful. the first few seconds of this video is just absolutely visually stunning. and the song you chose is also perfect. love the work with the adapter. I had the idea to use an old SLR for its pentaprism too, seems like a pretty good idea. seems to work very well for you. great shots!

  • Awesome!

  • amazing work

  • thats ghetto as balls

  • I'm totally loving your videos. Is the 35mm adapter what allows for the aperture change? I'm trying to improve my video making abilities and yours are the quality I want to reach.

  • what editing system did you use?

  • Nice work with the adapter guys

  • hows it ride?

  • wat boards u use..i saw a vanguard and a dervish...was there a pintail 2?

  • ya thats a pintail also

  • Very nice man. Love the feel.

  • Sir? tell how you did it and what else could I use other than an ols camera?

  • Looks amazing! what camera is that and how much was the 35mm adapter

  • its a panasonic dvx100b. and i made the adapter myself from a super old slr camera. cost me like $15

  • diggin it. I know it's kinda a pain in the ass. But can you be more specific on how you made your adaptor. I'm into sick images and a little more detail would help.

    Thanks

  • sweet mother of god... this is amazing.

nice cam work and color grading.

    this is ncie!

  • Seriously, your videos are so sick.

  • what camera(s) do you use I really would like to make high quality nice videos like yours instead of an old canon digital.

  • Beautiful colors, nice video.

The song is Kid A by Radiohead.

  • yoo griggs, whats the song to this vid? it works well w/ the longboarding

  • Kid A, Radiohead

  • Can you go into more detail about how you made the adapter. Im trying to make one now. Did you use any color correction or other postproduction

  • hey

    what song is this?

  • man... well done - this is great stuff

  • Sweet nikes

  • thats sickkkkk

  • which ones better the debish or vangaurd

  • yeah i'm curious as well. does anyone know how the two boads compare to eachother?

  • well i do know that dropthrus are more stable

and thy look like they flex less

  • i've had both of them and the dervish by far is better than the vanguard

  • flowed great. i liked it a lot.

  • that was really sweet

  • the adapter has its issues but you made a great montage. How did you get these shots?

  • One of the better adapter vids I've seen. Nice work.
