@crazym24 They know that, they said 'Can you imagine if they went back to London' meaning they know it was already in London. When GTA was in London it was a top down view. London wouldn't work. The area would need to be split, that or it would be an incredibly small map. The only way it would work is if you could take trains to other parts of the city, but that would take away from the GTA we all know and love. One big city, no load times.

London wouldn't work nowadays because the series has pretty much exclusively become a satire on America and its culture. I think they should have set GTAV in the South (Texas?) and dealt heavily with the Mexican cartels and illegal immigration as those are of the few elements of modern crime they haven't really touched on. Plus, it would be extremely topical. Could even i go over the border a lil into Mexico. A mini-game could be like smuggling people in. lol

Due to Carl being a large gang icon within the state of San Andreas it was over the news and Toni had to lay low which brings up to the events of LCS where he arrives to Leone and is praised for killing that "Scum" (the scum being CJ).
