Because sex is evil? The Bible is about love and justice. Sex is rarely mentioned. When it is mentioned, it's usually mentioned in a good way. It's forbidden to use in an unloving way, like everything else.
I think your view of Christianity is skewed.

Amen, jwrosenbury! We are all hypocrites. We make excuses to try to justify ourselves, but our hearts know better. And instead of living with inward guilt and outward indignation, we need to seek forgiveness and start doing the right thing. Not any easy thing to do, but with His help, I'll get there someday.
