  • Gracias!

  • You are the best instructor, I took this damn class twice (years ago) and filed it both times now becasue of your videos im getting a A in the course

  • This is so fucking stupid.

  • I got good marks coz of your video so plz help me this time.

  • sir what does mean map exactly?i don't know please reply me.

  • thank you so much........

  • OMG I fucking love you dude! wow! You are excellent! Great explanation!

  • gracias academia khan por los subtitulos asi aprendo mucho =D

  • I am confused, can you do some examples please? I learn only by examples not theory. ;(

  • Those of you who think people like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and the creator of facebook got lucky are wrong. Instead of learning about useless stuff, they spend their time getting better at what they want to do in life. That's how you make money, not by getting 4.0s in school. In fact, I think someone is better off dropping out of school and spending all their time learning one thing they want to do in life, rather than staying in school. He or she would be much better off.

  • Our education system is extremely flawed. The way it should be: people should only take classes pertinent to what they want to do in life. For example, if your desire is to become a game programmer, linear transformations are pertinent. Anthropology electives are not. What a retarded education system we have here in the U.S, learning useless things, wasting time.

  • @Dalisto1 The problem is not in the US only, I feel the same in Canada. Most likely it is the same in many places around the world :(

  • After hours and hours of reading my textbook and looking at other youtube videos, this has been BY FAR the best explanation of/how to apply a linear transformation!

  • 4 people linearly transformed them selves from college students to college dropouts

  • I can't believe how well you explain these topics if I can understand this anyone should be able to because I'm not that bright I'm pretty dumb compared to the average but it all clicks so well now.

  • sir, your the best teacher...ever,,,

  • Sir ,I usually have difficulties understandng Math and never expected to ever understand this in my life time but I understood you. You are a champion. Thank you.

  • I really dont get it what are those letters LOL

  • lol 30 times saying transformation

  • thank u soo much sal!

  • Bravo, I watched this in my linear algebra class and understood it more than the people around me.

  • You are the best teacher ever!

  • At 12:23 how come (ca1)^2 isn't C^2+2CA1+A1^2?

  • @lptvonline (ca1)^2 is not (c+a1)^2

  • Comment removed

  • @lptvonline (ca)(ca)=/= c^2+ca+ca+a^2, thats for a quadratic

Instead if you were to distribute, (ca)(ca)=(c*c)(a*a)

  • Excelent explanation, simple and efective. How did you do it?

What software did you use to capture and write?

    Sorry my poor english. Regard.

  • khanacadey I'd like to thank you. I had a lot of trouble with linear transformations that I couldn't figure it out with your guidance. I truly appreciate it.

  • the explanation is so clear that i could understood it in english (my native language is spanish).

    good job.

  • This video is excellent!!!! I now see the concepts are really simple - although you would never know it from the lin alg class I'm taking. Can you come and teach our course :-)...

  • Thanks, this has been most helpful!

  • amazing easy to understand and now am able to solve , better than in class.great videos and explanations. saved me

  • These videos are better than a lot of Linear Algebra courses at universities.

  • Thanks a million

    God Bless You

  • Very well explained video. Cheers my man :)

  • could i get a recommended order of how to view all of your videos on linear transformations? anyone? thanks.

  • If T:C[x]2 -> C^3, and T(p(x)) = (p(0), p(1), p(2)), is this transformation linear? I'm not sure how to apply the above to polynomials...

  • Actually ignore that, I've figured it out!

  • thank f*&k!

my textbooks did not explain this well and i dont go to lectures so you are my saviour sir. great work, i like how you explain the concepts

  • iv been studying for an exam, this has helped loads!

  • linearly independent lol, I was like dont go over that again lol

    Thank you sal

  • great video although i would have needed it one semester ago :)

  • Thank you Sal
