This is a GREAT video. Listen, I am about to train the new interns who will be working in the Global Expeditions Call Center for the year. We are going to be getting them ready to recruit for summer missions 09. Some of them haven't even been on a trip yet (they will be going THIS summer). What would YOU say to them? How would you communicate how important THEIR job is this year? I'd love for you to record them a message, and I would show it at training next week. Thoughts?

This is good...if you really want to use it to get more people on missions next summer, I'd put more pics up of Thailand - and anywhere else you've been - there's a lot of Africa...also you might give info of where to go for more information - such as the GE website or something...and the 2009 tagline in really fast...

I'd change the "Here am I lord, send me" into on line. Just to try it and see if it's more effective. I'd also try to find more photos without "myself" in them. Might make it look more professional. Some of them are okay but in the actual portion where we could see the photos I noticed you more than the children [from, what, 27 to 3:13 is what I mean, before the sped up photos].
