  • LOL

  • i fuckin hate the way you talk

  • This stuff did my head in It brought me to the edge of derealisation. I do think what you are saying is correct, but trying to live by it began to drive me insane, and affect those around me

  • This stuff did my head in It brought me to the edge of derealisation

  • I can dig it .THANKS.

  • thank you for posting this. namaste

  • its GUR (sharp R)-DEE-YEFF not GUR-GEEW....you americans are lazy talkers

  • Thank you for posting this. This is the first I have heard of this man, I will reasearch more of course but does he offer a solution to internal consideration? a way to find the balance between the two?

  • @ThumpR8080 Absolutely. By 'self-observation' and developing a 'center of gravity'

  • @ThumpR8080 read in search of the miraculous by peter ouspenski (gurdjieff student) the theory of celestial influence by rodney colin)ouspenski student.there is s fouth way school in carmel californina called rennaisance, run by rober burton

  • really good man... i gotta check out your book.

  • @chadcells Thankyou

  • One began with the smallest aims to create in oneself a "center of gravity" via "work on centers," "work on identification" "lying" and many other means. Beginning to create such a "center of gravity" allowed one to start to defuse the working of one's false personality, allowing essence the chance to develop. It is not practical to term self-remembering the "fundamental or most important concept." This a blurring of actual teaching of Gurdjieff.

  • Simple, but not accurate. Was self-remembering Gurdjieff's "most fundamental and important concept" ? That statement would be called "formatory thinking," a generalization, and off the mark. The work contained many, many elements used together in unison. Self observation was the absolute starting point. Without it, self-remembering was impossible. Everything came by degrees. Knowledge of the workings-and-balance of centers was given great weight, for example. See second part below:

  • Shill! Sock puppet! Lawyer! Alert! Alert! Alert!

  • We live in a socio-economic modality of the wage slavery of immense humanity in a politically manipulated market mechanism of artificial scarcity to perpetuate poverty and exploitation for a tiny minority. This process of commodity production for minority profit is the dynamics/caue of this vicious, competative, destructive, dehumanisation across the world. For true path of harmony we need to share our Earth in cooperation for our common needs and well being, in harmony and wisdom .

  • blah-blah

  • Glad you enjoyed it ; thankyou

  • youre welcome ;)

  • great vids. but to change the world we must learn how to influence other people in more instrumental ways.

of course, this would be easy to do if more "fourth wayers" are truly genuine, which i doubt the majority of us are.

    5/5

  • Gurdjieff was spot on. Great video :)

  • Thanks..hope you keep watching the vids

  • Thanks

  • My studies have led me to connect a malady in the Earth-Sun relationship to Gurdjieff's concept of SOLIOONENSIUS. Do you know if "external considering" was Gurdjieff's prescription for dealing with SOLIOONENSIUS? A cursory analysis might connect it to natural cycles such as the weakening Sun in cycle 24. But when considered as dimensionally multiplistic, there may be ways to influence such cycles by dimensional shifting. Any resonation?

    In appreciation.

    -John Bryant

  • Have to 'investigate' very interesting

  • Great talk James. Work is difficult. Laziness prevails. It remains a struggle indeed.

  • Indeed!

  • This was a very good talk. The concept of internal considering and external considering is the key to a happy life in the world and in yourself. Thank you for emphasizing it from the start. Self-remembering is more advanced and, in fact, will be more easy to attain once the concept of internal and external considering is mastered in life.

  • This guy is a trial lawyer in Miami, FL. Look him up.

He has no qualifications in this arena. He's just flogging his book. Trying to make a buck. Normally, I don't have a problem with that, but this guy doesn't come clean about anything!! Go watch his "Meaning of Life" video. There's a great exchange there with a guy who calls him on it. Traitz just calls him names. What kind of "enlightenment" is THAT? Apparently, he can't suffer the negative manifestations of others, even when they're true.

  • I hear you. I also wonder what kind of qualifications one should have. I've had incredible things happen to me, because of my yogs, and Gurdjieff's techniques. I would think that results would equal teacher, but in no way am I a teacher. A lawyer can be interested in spirtual things too. I'm not argueing with you, just thinking out loud.

  • I want to speak to you in greater detail write me again with your specific questions

  • Thanks so much for putting your ignorance on display. I'm sure they're really proud of you at the half-way house.

  • A "shmuck"? First off, it's spelled "schmuck", so thanks for showing your ignorance.

Secondly, you go right for the name-calling; a typical hallmark of the uneducated.

Are you one of the guys who doesn't care if your doctor attended medical school? One of those guys who doesn't care if a pilot is qualified to fly a plane?

Apparently YOU know nothing about quantum mechanics, either.

So, you just insist on name-calling and braying your assinine foolishness to the world. THAT'S stupid.

  • I'm not surprised to find a schmuck of such low caliber, trolling here for your next encounter.

But, try as you might, turdbreath, I'm not available for one of your fantasies.

I doubt you have the faintest glimmer of a clue, regarding quantum physics, beyond trying very hard to spell it correctly.

You and Traitz will make a lovely couple.

So, shut your cock-holster and get back in your cage, you pathetic old queen.

  • Boarrrrrrrr...ING...!!!

  • We live,

    And we die,

    And we know not why,

And no man can answer the question.

  • @patsaretherealchumps You are a wise man. However, I do believe that the one' man who can answer the question', is a man who travels by the name of Albert D. Xavier. According to Mr. Xavier, "The illusion of death is a mere transference of energy. Much like the consumption of an apple martini." -1971 Vote for Mojo Nixon in 2012.

  • @MrBeautifulba1 Mr. Xavier can prove his assertion to me by walking in front of a speeding vehicle, then reporting to us all how his "transference" transpires. Until and unless he can do that, he is simply saying words he cannot prove, which is, after all pointless.

  • btw. very important part is energy saving. Cause there's the firm link between the quality of attention and energetic level in human body.

  • I've just watch all parts. Really, great explanation. But to really understand the concept of self-remembering or self-awareness, one have to work hard throughout practicing double attention. Double attention is the trigger for getting the state of self-remembering (or self-awareness). Once you've developed your inner being, knowledge presented here starts to make sens. :)

  • Mr. Traitz, have you heard about Edmundo Teixeira, a G. teacher in Brazil?

  • Gurdjeff is not something like Yoga and zen or "new age". This man understood very few of the teaching. Lacks of "comprehension". G.said "if the man would realize what he really is, he would scare!!". The man cannot do nothing, cant control himself, he is slave of his destiny. To free himsel, he has to suffer intentionally. The real meaning of self remembering, at the end, is not "the focus". Is feeling, deep inside, we are in prison and that we need help!

  • This guy is a fake. He has never been in a Gurdjieff school. He is just telling us what he has read in the book.

  • And your qualifications are what, exactly? You are revealed by your comment.Incidently not all practioners of Gurdjieff's teaching are within Gurdjieff schools. Some of us teach, some continue on alone after years of school work. My work involves teaching how the same 'ancient' message/information/teaching have been given and 'hidden' in many places. There is a resonance among the teachings and findings of Gurdjieff,Castenada,Lao tzu,Deshimaru Taisen,Quantum physics and Zen buddhism

  • those who go to school become most indocrinated. those who take the back road learn that there are still secret canyons where monsanto dumps there shit. Those who design the road are like chineese workers imported to kenya...they build the road, then poof! they're gone. if you can figure this out then you will not need gurdgief.

  • There is more than one way to achieve 'enlightenment' Knowledge can and must be attained by different sources. In fact, learning from more than one source is IMO paramount. Information from one source and even from and including Gurdjieff Groups will be lacking.

The True Guru is within you. At some stage all will point to within.

No Guru can tell it to you or show it to you. No Guru will bring you enlightenment.

You can only understand through your own experience within.

  • You are absolutely correct. He wishes he knew what G was about, but he hasn't a clue. -And then, to mix it up with Carlos Castaneda?? Please. Only buffoons will fall for this shill.

  • @patsaretherealchumps You're like a person who has drunk deeply and is now not in need of water. Wait until you get really thirsty my friend.

  • gurdjieff was nothing more then a thief, an innovater

  • Support your comment!

  • a friend opened my eyes...now.. its my turn to open my mind

  • Very good.

  • I do the stop exercise, and Self-Remembering. After I had done the Stop exercise for awhile, I looked at incidents from the past, with adult eyes. When U do this, and see the real truth about what happened. If U have been doing stop exercise, your solar plexis will fill up. I felt it happen! I felt I had lost 100 lbs. I was great for 5 days, until I doubted. I could not feel my feet touching the ground. I was scared I would trip. Jesus walked on water. Hmm? That could be true. Incredible!

  • I'm glad I found your videos. looking foward to seeing some more. I just realized that what Gurdjieff refered to as "conduct of the ordinary man" is what Casteneda, or Don Juan rather called "Begger's Humility" if I remember correctly. Keep up the good work.

  • You are correct about "Begger's Humility" Thank you for your interest in my videos

  • Not many people I know have ever heard of Gurdjieff and his teachings. Thanks for the videos.

  • Thankyou,as well; There will be 23 or 24 more videos that will upload ,one per week ,approxomately. They will cover: 5 on Gurdjieff, 3 or 4 on Don Juan/Castenada,approx. 3 on Einstein/relativity/quantum physics and 10-12 on the 'movements'

  • James,

As a favor can u add them quicker than 1 per week? I will be up to speed on all videos by tonight probably. I was aware of Casteneda and now You have opened Gurdjieff and my rabbit hole is getting deeper.

  • I think one can elevate even higher than Yogi Bhajan's Kundalini Yoga Techniques of consciousness. Yogi Bhajan said become 10x greater than I

Thank you for opening more doors to research

  • I'm so glad you're back in business. xD Its fun listening to you and yes I know I've already comment how ironic, but i just wanted to comment again to show how much I support you. xD LOL

  • This video makes sense on many levels. I find what you teach very interesting and important for a lot of people to know.

  • sir, i can't tell you what you've done for me. i didn't have faith in myself, humanity, or even reality until you came along. your message came at a time when i needed it more than ever, and now i have EVERYTHING to live for. i don't know what inspired you to create these videos and post them for free viewing, but the conciousness brought them to me at my time of need, and i have you to thank for that. please know that you saved my life. there aren't words to describe my thanks. god speed!

  • Sounds like good advice.
