Yes, I already Knew that Dan Aykroyd was into the Paranormal and Life not as we could understand because I watched Ghostbusters with the directors commentary with Harold Ramis talking about Dan's interest's and why the Movie came together
The best cartoon I saw of the real ghostbusters was when the cartoon ghostbusters went to see the live action ghostbusters movie. After a couple minutes, Venkman says "That guy looks nothing like me!" Perfect! :)
I remember seeing the Ghostbusters movie when I was very young. I also remember the cartoon show being around for a while, although it seemed to target a rather immature audience. I didn't really care for it, nor did I know someone who did. I don't know if it ever went past the first season in Germany, but the series perished never to resurface again. I find it strange that they didn't target the already existing fans of the movie as the target audience.
i think the funniest thing of all is that bill murrey's character peter vankmen was done in the cartoon by the same one who does garfield in the series, who ironically enough was voiced in the crappy live action movie by none other than bill murrey, i wonder if anyone else caught that
Well, I have to disagree at one point. Storywritting can be alot of fun. I enjoy storywritting very much. It depends on your personal interest if you like it or not. And I like it. As a writer, you are not involved in what is at the sreen at the end, but is your story, more or less. That is satisfying.
Wow. Thanks for uploading. I have been looking for this for years. This was shown on UK TV back in late 1989 I think. It was on CITV and thats Rolf Harris who had his own CITV show at the time called Rolf's Cartoon Time. He would show you how cartoons were made and this was an Ghostbusters special which was CITV's number show at the time.

Rolf's Cartoon Time was on the BBC.
You're thinking of Rolf's Cartoon Club.
That was on CITV. Great memories (sigh).
