  • @lyricaltesting no, they are very efficient, especially in a tall building like the Arts Tower.

    but you have to remain still when passing through the teminals at the top and bottom, as too much shifting around in the cabin can trip the emergency stop systems, leaving you stuck there in the dark, not a fun place to get stuck.

  • @RobR386 What if you time it wrong?

  • @lyricaltesting you trip up and either fall into the cabin or fall out of it, but the lift will stop if you get caught in the narrowing gap between the cabin and the landing

    as I say the worst that can really happen if you time it wrong is tripping up.

  • looking forward to riding this paternoster when it re-opens. had my first paternoster experience at leicester uni and want to do more paternoster riding. they are so cool.

  • I had a ride on the paternoster other day at a hospital and took a dr for all ride around, its good to experience
