Well... she doesn't really have a name yet (as she's part of the DCFDTL Delightful Children From Down the Lane and only two of the five DC's have their names revealed in the entire series.)
So most of us call her "the blond Delightful girl" or something along those lines. ^__~

@DrCasey iT'S ASHLEY OF THE DCFDTL. She's the girl on the left with the long blond hair and pink bow. She's my favorite.
