I think there is no other one instrument of music except Alghoza which is capable of nearly touching heart and soul. Secondly there may be other one who can play just like great legends khamiso khan and misri khan jamali. I think it is very difficult and nowadays we are destroying our folk music instruments.
In my opinion, the way Khamisu Khan mastered in Algoza, this is end to it. Specially this tune of him, directly penetrates your heart & soul. Alas, we could not record such voices (very few of them) and lost our Folk Heritage.
It took me back to my childhood and reminded me many like Khameeso Khan who are no more in this world~ It burst me into tears after a very very long time . ..while living in an ailian land ...
God Bless His soul in Heaven. He was infact the real treasure of Pakistan Folk Music. His art is very Unique and was really unmatchable and un compareable.
He had Introduce Pakistan Through His art in all over the world.

Actually I first heard Ustad Khamiso Khan playing Alghoza on radio in the late 60's I think.

@piratekartoos The only known son of Ustad Khamisoo Khan is Ustad Akbar Khamisoo Khan. He is an awesome alghoza player like his father.
