@pasteurface It doesn't look like it. Misery Signals has always played at Soma. I live in San Diego and I know for sure that the epicentre has a way different backdrop than that.

I've listened to the few clips, and i herd the words "sever the ties", i laughed, because in post collapse and one day ill stay home, the words ties and severance were used. so i think Karl might shit on what lyrical talents MS has been known to have.
actually i read somewhere once where the guitarist said he actually wrote the majority of the lyrical content. something like that. so really there is a good chance that he still is, and it's not just karl's fault if the lyrics aren't as good. the new cd doesn't sound like it will be much better if you ask me.
