Well,despite the interference from that wench,this was rather well worth viewing,it sure had s different lilt to it,with the surf board pose,push up's & sit up's,all while making a hold,rather novel indeed,the aeroplane spin was a joy to see as it's rarely done these days,even the camera work was overall quite good & added pleasure to the viewing.Thanks for posting....
