can i root this? ive tried to root one but when i was on telnet at the second line it went disconected from the internet.. So why That happened?

and i colud connetc it anymore and i sold the mobo on ebay.. i want to root mine but ... i freak out... how i do this?? thanks..

is a bigger sd card the faster it is there no lag

why don't you try out ext4 and 120 mb linux-swap and the overclock widget plus your class 6 sdcard the phone will run like if you really had the stock sense ui and faster !!!!!!

Have you imported your contacts from your SIM card after updating to this rom?

If so how did you do it? I'm lost and I really need my contacts back. :/

yes I have.

First click on the "Phone" button in the Home screen

Then click the option at the bottom right (with a Little heart in it)

scroll over to the left most option

click "menu" and there should be an option for import contacts. make sure you save your future contacts on the SIM card instead of the phone.

Mmm, tried that, but the only thing available is like, importing from your Gmail account/from phone. :(

only bluetooth does not work. At the moment, no G1 Hero ROMs has working bluetooth, but mytouch 3G does have working bluetooth in their hero ROMs

I haven't tried Kingxs yet because I am pretty satisfied with the Sense Hero build at the moment, but when it starts to slow down, I'll try out Kingxlicks and put up a video of his latest (right now is 2.3)

so this will increase speed? or what exactly does it does? do u still change setCPU sttings or swapper?

It doesn't necessarily speed up the ROM

What this specific BFS does is free up ~10 MB of physical RAM, therefore you have a bit more RAM to run some apps without crashing or overloading the phone, so in a sense it may speed up the ROM a bit, but not significantly.

I didn't mess with setcpu or swapper. All i did was flash this using Amon RA recovery, so its just a stock Sense Hero+BFS 300 with 10 MB Hack

+bfs?? is that installed before, after the rom?? or is it on the rom already??

It is installed after the ROM. When you initially install the ROM, let it fully boot up. Drag the BFS zip file onto the sd card, and turn off the phone. Go into recovery, and install without wiping.
