  • hey thanx verry much for this vid nice advice and your setting a good example by whering your helmet nice one mate respect =]

  • cheers for the help.. i hate being in the air id far rather have rough flat out stuff but there is alot of new gaps being built in my local riding place. im hittin them but id like to style it up abit..

  • pretty much a turndown instead of a whip but nice man looks good.

  • haha thats is a terrible whip!

  • y is this video so disliked? its not bad and it is a good teacher video for students who want to learn to whip

  • It is worth metioning that learning to tabletop is a good place to start for learning to whip. Also, try whipping on hip jumps rather than straight doubles so you can land while still slightly sideways without much penalty.

    Cheers and good job.

  • For my whips I turn my front wheel right and then left quick and it does

  • Okay. your whips may not be the best, but they are pretty fucking sick looking dude. Nice job keep it upp :)

  • that is a motowhip and not a tailwhip

  • if you whip a dirt bike the bike just comes back to you, is it the same here?

  • @productionvideos27 Not really, I do motocross and mountain biking. on a motocross bike the back does come back naturally but on the mountain bike it doesn't. When i was learning i used to land sideways and it was really sketchy, you just get used to it and you loosen up in the air and you start pulling your legs back in

  • when i whip i cant bring the ass end back in lol

  • thats not a whip not at all

  • hey ive gone to that jump in stony plain before

  • such a bad whip!

  • I didnt know the trailer park boys mountain bike

  • your not that good

  • is that a chucker 1.0? nice bike thats what i also have :D

  • you'll find as you progress with whips you will develope your own personel style... The rider in this video seems to turn his bars a lot while whipping while others (myself included) keep the bars reasonably straight and move the tail a lot... Its worth playing around with different styles and findning what you feel works best for you and then trainging that style to get it extremely smooth...

  • @Kobi253 your very right there, a whip is a trick based on personal style and is always a work in progress

  • @Kobi253 i like to get my back end out as far as possible just because to me it looks alot cooler

  • i always mess up the landin. as im landin ma back will dont come back quick enough and i end up landin face down in the dirt :) help???:P

  • @tomzbikes sometimes what i did was i started whipping the other way that way i knew i could bring it back, also try starting off small then build up, even if it mean using a curb

  • try turning into it a little bit as you come off the lip it helps alot

  • very helpful man, thanks
