Because each housing has it's own pressure points/limitations .. if the housing exceeds the water pressure ( Going down deeper in water) it may damage the system.. but when your on the right pressure and right depth , there's nothing to be worried of ;D

Finally got to see 60 frames underwater. Very nice! Been trying to decide between 5D mk II and the 7D though I was mostly interested in stills. I love the full frame sensor in the 5D2, but this slo-mo video really looks awesome underwater and is now a factor in my decision making. Then again, the 5D3 is rumored to be coming very soon...

BTW Nice choice on the music - I'm a big fan of Zakir Hussain : )
