Thousands of dogs each day are being exercised on the Heath, not in manageable one's or two's, but in numbers ranging from 4 up to 20. Dog faeces, unpleasant and already degrading the local water quality. A law needs to be introduced to limit the numbers of dog a single person brings onto the heath. Why a city person needs more than one dog, is beyond me.
