Too much happy for me. Try to hear some Diablo (from Blizzard) soundtracks. Their are really scary and creepy. Yours is just a lil bit creepy but everytime we begin to feel something scary you change it to major chord so that "you were scary? No no no I want you to stay happy there is nothing to worry about".

Try using more minor and non-harmonic chords.
