Americans are the biggest consumers of cheap crap in the world. Americans aren't suddenly going to get a conscience or an eye for quality, Walmart will still be packed with idiots buying junk.
That is what is great about living in a free country. You don't like Walmart, then don't shop there. If you like Walmart then shop there. Protest them or support them, you are free to choose. But don't stop the freedom of choice that one has. I shop at Walmart because they have the best prices on their goods. I find many of their items to be 20-30% less in price than their competitors. A dollar saved is a dollar earned.
Why pick only on walmart, I wonder where Target and Kmart get thier products from? I wonder where RiteAid, Circuit City, Frys electronics, Office Depot, Big 5 sporting goods get thier products from? Let me take a guess: its a country somewhere in asia with a population of 1.1 billion.
