My first introduction to the Misfits was the Danzig era. Loved it. I came to like the Michael Graves era better. Danzig great, Graves better, IMHO. Danzig just seems so damn serious. I can hit the bowl to Graves and not get totally freaked out. Danzig seems like a seriously heavy dude.

@psykosel incorrect. Glenn wrote ALL the old stuff and Chud and Michale wrote most of the Misfits 95 stuff, Jerry wrote some stuff and Doyle did a bit aswell.

@psykosel LOL, jerry wrote nothing of the old, and almost nothing when graves was in the band. Danzig wrote everything, even the drums, and guitar parts. Oh, and michael wrote his own lyrics, If I remember correctly he had written Saturday night, before joining the misfits. Jerry's just a huge ego, no talent.

i love michale graves as a solo artist and with misfits, and glenn danzig hands down created a great band, very good musician, and even now jerry only is keeping the band going im just thankful misfits are still going hopefully for the rest of my life atleast
