In fact neologism is like the creation of a newly coined word or phrase... or a familiar word used in a new sense. Therefore a neologist would be someone that creates new words and phrases. Not only should that be a word, but you used it accurately even without it being an actual word. How perplexing.

I've actually found a mistake in my Webster's dictionary, which I've heard is rare. It had what was basically the definition for superfluous in the definition (not antonym) section for MARGINAL. And marginal clearly does not equal superfluous.
