i have 8600GTS , athlon 7750 dual core @2,7ghz kuma whit 2gb ram and i get 28 fps average in benchmark whit shader&object quality on high and rest on medium 1024/768

I have an 8600 GT, which is less powerful than the GTS, but only 1 gb of RAM. If I'm correct, if I upgrade to at least 3 gb of RAM on my 32 bit Vista using 2 sticks of 2 gb DDR2 RAM, the game should run at a playable speed at a visual look close to High settings, right?

I used to think medium looked awesome, but after playing around with some configs out there, once you see something that looks like High, you can't go back. XD

I'm using Pydon's Shaders Tweak right now along with Natural Mod.

actually i have a 9800gtx+ and 3gb ram with vista ultimate 32bits and crysis runs very well on very hihg settings.

if u upgrade ur system to 4gb it will probably run at 20 fps (max) in very high settings with 800x600 res.

Alright, but I'm just aiming for high. It doesn't really matter to me if I get that POM or fancy lighting effects. I think I'd be fine on high. How well do you think it would run on those settings?

I have still same card but you must admit it have lived it life by now. Crysis maxed at 800x640 doesnt look good on 19" or bigger monitor but in low resolution video it does. But i still dont think you used enthusiastic settings. Maybe High or VHigh. Anyway nice heart pumping video. Im updating my comp to HD 4870 Sonic to get more pumped up!

if youre asking for crysis only you have to put the shadows on medium, is almost like very high.
