Tbh, i`d rather be stuck in a terminal for 12 hours, that not live to see the next day because of a dangerous wheather condition or mechanical problem....
OMG i work there and I know those employees... you guys don't know what we go through on a daily basis. These customers just need to relax and let us handle our business. We are the #1 airline!!!
Because your employer is one of the worst when it comes to providing training to employees. YOu guys are Number one from the bottom. I stop flying JB a long ago and I can't stand them. After 4 bad experience I deserve better.
Well you don't know much about the airline industry if you make a silly statement like that. I've worked for 5 different airlines and travelled on many more, and I know that we are the best! We've won the JD Power & Associates award for best in Customer Service five years consecutively!!! Of course there are going to be unhappy customers like you, but we do strive to make our customers happy.
Jet Blue has been paying JD Power for 5 years to get that award. There is no way Jet Blue is better than Alaska, Hawaii or Southwest when it comes to customer service. Fact of the matter there are more complaints about JB on the airline complaints site than any other airline.
Again, you know nothing about airlines. Just because you flew a few times on an airline you think you know the entire industry. Have you flown Alaska? JD Power is a well recognized award that always gets mentioned in the biggest news papers and news channels. I only mentioned JD, we've won countless others. If Jetblue is so bad, why have we grown to become the 8th largest in the US in just 10 years? We fly over 14 million people per year... that alone says a lot.
BTW, J D Power award is a fraud. Only an airline like JB should be excited about JD POwer award. Just google "JD Power award is a fraud or scam. You will get dozens of website citing the fraud.

i was there that day. listen man you have no idea how a airline run until you work at one. so you should not be mad with them for what happen. t.s.a is as much apart of the problem as well as the weather and also the a.t.c at j.f.k
atc at JFK, they have a lot to do but when there's bad weather... you better believe airlines take the heat for something they can't control. As a person who has worked closely with people in the airline industry, I can't get mad in situations like this... yes it's unpleasant but because I KNOW the situation, I also know it's not their fault (most of the times)
