i hope so, too! but imo she'll prob finish it or already has, but maybe we fans will never get to read. For some reason i think she was put off by the reaction the illegal copy got. people were scrambling to read it, totally undermining Stephenie, and i personally could see where we (as a group) have lost some respect, and if it's released it'll certainly be way after the TWILIGHT SAGA buzz has died away-that wasn't a story to bring in more cash, it was something personal. just my opinion!!

i doubt she did finish it because she said she'd stopped writing it and actually has what she completed on her website to read. i read that and it's really good but it ends just when it's really getting good. *pouts* the thing about it though is that she knows who's copy was leaked because she made subtle changes so i don't understand why she's punishing loyal fans when she should be suing whoever put their copy on the internet.

well, it's less abt punishing fans and more abt her frame of mind: i'm sure she's stressed about it now and if she tried to write things wouldn't come out right. i think it's fairly obvious when Steph's mindframe is different: think of the difference between Twilight and Breaking Dawn: BD felt more hectic, b/c the Twi movie was comin out and there was more pressure. i'm sure she wouldn't wanna taint Midnight Sun if she can help it.

I got mine for 17.99..
