  • You should freeze the banana so you don't have to add so much ice.

  • That is pretty much how I make mine. I add a few other things. A tip I got a while back from scooby1961 is freezing bananas then you won't need the ice! Works good! Nice vid!

  • great!!! Thanks for the input!! Hey, soy protein inc. the estrogen level, that makes it hard for women to loose weight, I would just say go easy on protein!!!

  • Thanks, I was gonna switch to whey anyway. But i need extra protein in my diet cause I'm hypoglycemic, I need protein to keep my blood sugar up.

  • Oh ok, yeah I think whey is a better option, since its much more easily absorbed!!

    I will just be taking one scoop a day, I am a vegan, so I need those essential amino acids. Good luck!!!
