In Belgium the guard would be sent to jail, because he fired the robber in his back. I hope this security guy gets away with it, what a pitty he shot only one. Loved the sight of the robber crawling to the car, and that he was dumped later. He got what he deserved! No more, no less.

@Lukasvdb The incident did not occur in Belgium and the incident is not a piece from an old western movie where it was always depicted, incorrectly, that it was bad sportsmanship to shoot someone in the back. The security guard was right and legally justified in his actions. Read US law.

I was rooting for the guard, and when he shot the kid, I was excited, then a bit disappointed to see him get away, but then I was quickly pumped again when I learned the kid died at a hotel.
