i disagree with Nicole. you dont have to have a camera in your hand since birth to be a director. Look at Pete Docter or Andrew Stanton the greats that work with Pixar. they grew up with a pencil instead of a camera and they make classic films. Tom Ford the designer made the oscar film "A Single Man". You just have to have the vision and your good to go.

Contrast this with the Men's roundtable from this year. The women are much more entertaining and honest. The men were too serious, and when asked if any of them didn't get a role they wanted, all of them lied and said "nope".
