@YayoCummins @fluffy2700 Lol 5 Months later and I got an answer~ Marines at MCRD San Diego are more likely to graduate in ServiceCharlies(Green/ShortSle­eveTan) / Dress Deltas (Blue/ShortSleeveTan) / Dress Charlies (Blue/LongSleeveTan) due to location and climate. Marines at MCRD Parris Island are usually seen wearing Service Alphas (All Green)~ Regardless ALL have the same title:] Semper Fi~

That building is where you do Initial Drill, Family Day Marching (which is what you are seeing at around 1:57), and Graduation itself if weather conditions are bad. Nothing beats being there on that day... :)
