  • What a great song.

  • I love Stevie Nicks

  • Friends at the end of the clip? Haha, love it xD

  • Sharon Celani

  • The other girls are her back up singers of course. The one is her sister in law, Lori Nicks I think her name is...The other one I'm not sure, but you can google it. I know her sister in law was her back up singer for decades. Stevie Nicks is awesome, no wonder my daddy loved her so much.

  • This song is so beautiful. But I prefer it without Don!

  • i mean who not what

  • what are the other two girls in this video and where r they now? anybody know?

  • when she's good she's good.

  • omg i'd give my left nut to the microphone..

  • PURE BEAUTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love you Stevie in ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HUGS and KISSES!

  • Her hair never looked better...

  • I love Stevie even met her once, but this is the worst video ever. She was far to above this, the song was not bad, but the video was not STEVIE, she even agrees. love you stevie!!

  • @noiui

The worst video ever? LOL. Far from it. I would highly doubt if Stevie agrees with you.

Ann Wilson does have a great voice but as a performer, she never had the charisma that Stevie does. That being said, I think they both deserve to be in the Hall of Fame WAY before the likes of Joan Jett, who is nominated this year.

  • till this day stevie is a beautiful woman w/ that raspy beautiful singing voice.her lyrics are deep.

  • Gave me a stiffy.

  • How can anybody not fall in love with Stevie Nicks.

  • STEVIE IS UNDENIABLY ON OF THE BEST. HER MUSIC HAS GOTTON ME THOUGH SOME ROUGH PATCHES IN MY LIFE. SO THANKS TO STEVIE AND THE GROUP FLEETWOOD MAC

  • Great version...

  • i love this song every cent i was in high school and till now i still love this song....

  • Beautiful voice. Heard she had a $1000/day coke habit.

  • did any one else see joey off friends at the end lol

  • Bless every wire that brings this angelic voice to me.

Such a natural talent that has been nurtured,

truly a master in her field.

  • @toopfhunky Great comment

  • @TheEarl666 Thank you!! Not hard to give credit

when credit is due!!.. Way overdue according to

    some comments.

  • I'd love to see her in leather and lace.

  • Stevie Nicks is the ultimate gypsy. She is the Queen of the Gypsies on and off the stage. She is beauty, raw talent, and courage all in one.

  • evergreen,magic song...i love her totally

  • I have loved and followed Stevie over the years and she is without saying the best female vocalist ever.

  • @billbailey60 I love Stevie but Ann Wilson is by far a better singer. There's no comparison. You might like Stevie more but Ann is just more skilled.

  • @hueseph - I'm not a a huge fan of either singer. But Ann frigging Wilson, boring white bread, generic arena rock Led Zep wannabe. Please be serious. Stevie has that sexy gypsy mojo working for her, Ann Wilson never impressed me. Her music sucked, along wth Journey, REO, Styx all that shit. Fleetwood Mac was also over-rated, but far more artistic than Heart.

  • @MrDavearama You're thinking '80s Wilson. Ann Wilson has incredible pipes. The only reason your think she's generic is because all other female rock singers are compared to her. You have no idea what you are talking about. Little Queen is an epic album. There are very few people who can sing that well. I think even Stevie Nicks would admit to that.

  • @MrDavearama Funny how your profile is not available. Did you create your profile just to respond to my post? I'm flattered.

  • @MrDavearama As much as I love Stevie, I must disagree with your comments about Ann Wilson. I have seen Heart three times in the past two years, and Ann Wilson's voice can still shatter glass. Look up Heart's 2011 tour on YouTube. Pretend we're fast forwarding 20 years. Which singer would sound good and stand the test of time? Ann Wilson is a powerhouse. Again, I love Stevie - but think of this in a historical perspective. Who are the true greats?

  • i love stevie nicks!!!!!!!!

  • I love how Stevie created her own live version with Sharon and Lori when Henley wasn't around

  • God I love Stevies music...she's just so mystical and her music pertains alot to me and my life

  • I went and saw fleetwood macs concert ayear and a half ago in Melbourne with my 22 year old niece and as we left she said.....I would like to look like Stevie when I grow up....I burst out laughing and I said to her funny that I remember saying the same thing when I was your age......Stevie you are timeless...:)))

  • Beautiful....

  • makes u wonder how lady gaga is a star in 2011....beautiful song

  • she makes me not afraid to get older...

  • @DiScoHiPPiEChiCK exactly she just keeps getting better, and still very humble

  • @DiScoHiPPiEChiCK Fantastic comment!

  • Funny, that same odd low frequency projector hum is on the vid too.

  • I got to see her a week ago for the first time and I am still getting over that concert - Oh my Lord - She looked and sounded amazing!! Whenever she comes back to Houston - I will be there again!!!

  • What a night that was. I was at that concert. It was amazing. I just got to meet Stevie a weeks ago.

  • I just know this girl i like her a lot and she loves this long in one day i will be singing it to her i like her a lot .nice song never heard it be for .

  • I have always loved her don't know if she ever felt about me as I did about her.

  • I'm surprised that Stevie hasn't been inducted into the Country Western Hall of Fame yet...this song and others she has written sound more folk/ country than most contemporary country and their melodies are very good.

  • Stevie makes this world so fucking rich with her mystical essence, he deep brown eyes that could light fires with their intensity, drown you with their sadness, warm your heart with their sincerity. Her style, candid modesty, integrity and commitment, her poetry, vision, prophecy, her fearlessness and her fucking incredible voice that edges it's way from frailty and sensuality, through to "watch the fuck out!" - "please don't hurt me! Yes, yes I understand, I'll NEVER get away, please spare me"

  • wow,almost 30 yrs ago...were did the time go

  • Who are the other singers?

  • @joconnor6 - Lori Perry-Nicks and Sharon Celani (her back up singers) Lori married Stevies' brother, but not sure if they are still married or not.

  • Music used to mean so much.....Love you Stevie!

  • @mallow995 I'd rather die.

  • thumbs up if will ferrell and dave grhoul brought u here

  • Who the heck are the other 2 women? Where's Don Henley?

  • @Dicarts Bella Donna was the first album to feature Nicks's back-up singers, Sharon Celani and Lori Perry, who have contributed vocals to all of Nicks's solo albums since then.

  • I WAS AROUND when She was With FLEETWOOD MAC..she ROCKED IT THEN and SHE is STILL ROCKIN TODAY!!

LOVE ME SOME STEVIE NICKS AND FLEETWOOD MAC!!!! XO

  • Classic Stevie Nicks! Best singers sing with emotion.

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE this song

  • Isn't it so cute when she does that little dance before she starts singing and how she manages to get the best of you when she sings " I am stronger than you know" - Absolutely genius!!!

  • There is NO voice to even compare hers to! So unique!!!

  • How could any man be with Stevie for more than 5 seconds and then want to leave her.IMPOSSIBLE!

  • shes emotional detached because shes messed on coca-cola guys, too much caramel lines :P. But yea love this music, stevie was still great and this is coming from someone born in 1989

  • Awesome.

  • oddly I was VERY young in their heyday. And both of my parents were NOT fans so I'm not sure how I fell in love with this music. Just lucky I guess.

  • God she was insanely good looking... and that voice. Full of emotion.

  • PERFECT!

  • i love this song leather and lace and the chain. beautiful music with beautiful people

  • She is so beautiful!

  • @cavegirl99 I can completely hear what you mean in her voice

  • She sounds much less goat like here than normal. She puts no FEELING in her vocals though. It is like...i don't know...it is like she has no emotion or something. I don't get the attraction to her.

  • @cavegirl99 u r idiotic beyond belief,u would know a great singer if u heard 1,go listen to lady gaga or someone else that can't sing and has zero talent.

  • one of those songs that when you hear it again takes you back to the good days. fanx for puting this up. Chur.

  • what a BABE!!!!

  • She's hot!

  • It was an incredible time when Fleetwood Mac was popular. I was 14 when I had my first album from my older sister and then went to my first Fleetwood Mac concert at 17 and you could see everyone was in love with her voice and her! She was a role model for us at the time. Strong independent and beautiful voice! What a great time in my life that was!

  • best female vocalist ever.....!!!

  • I absolutely love this song! Stevie's voice is pure magic!

  • stevie could sing the phone book and it would be beautiful!

  • extremly good amazing and beautiful !

  • sounds okay.....but the song loses its meaning and punch with two women singing the second verse....that verse was written for a male...like Don Henley...Stevie singing this song with 2 other women just doesn't cut it

  • @Iwastherein1969 It's not like Don could come to every show with her and sing his verse. I think the ladies sound lovely! :]

  • great song, great years, beautiful people

  • oh my god!! fucking love Stevie Nicks, i'm in love with her!! my impossible, sweet little love!!

  • the 7th thumb down was comepletely ACCIDENTAL!

  • I love you Stevie!

  • awesome so cool

  • I wasn't born till 84, but I must have inherited my parents good taste because I friggin love stevie nicks! such a unique voice and an amazing song writer

  • @chrisdig1984 Me too. But I was born in 91. I win! Haha just kidding, Im just glad I had my mom to help influence my rad musical taste. :]

  • i was not born till 83 but stevie nicks is my favorite singer ever love her voice

  • Beautiful! And her dress is from the movie Pretty Baby! Awesome. :D

  • 5 people need to be committed

  • @vyry108 make dat six now, lol,

  • I so wish that all people could have been around in the Fleetwood Days. There were such great singers back in that time and I am thankful that I got to experience all of it.

  • I was around and it was amazing!!!!!

  • @moester46 So was I, and yes it was amazing. The energy was overwhelming at times. The gods of rock were still touchable (I was only a few feet from the Zep in 1969 at Fillmore West). I am still trying to figure out what happened.

  • .... ; ).... nice share... thx...

  • Oh Stevie Nicks I love your music so much. PLEASE come to Tulsa!!!

  • Absolutely wonderful.. thank-you for posting, and a friend for sending :))

  • Stevie Nicks has such great female energy!!

  • @WilliamDRowlett and you sound like a stupid american

  • great song, one of the greatest voices ever. would have enjoyed it more w/o the other two singing.

  • This song was also a duet with Don Henley (drummer for the Eagles). I like that version the best. BTW Stevie Nicks was so hot! I had the biggest crush on her when I was a kid.

  • stevie has a way of touching a chord with in you as you listen to her voice that reverberates through out, what can i say stevie has a great voice love to listen to her

  • @cub4sunriz i totally agree with u absolutely!!!!

  • @cub4sunriz Like! A thousand thumbs up to your comment!!!!!

  • stevie is one of the few singers who sound better live

  • @TheEarl666

I agree. Another good one to see live is Tom Petty, he enjoys the audience and thanks everyone for coming between almost every song. If he ever comes to your town try to go to one of his concerts.

  • @Aarondowning1 Have seen Tom twice live. What a fun show. You can tell he really enjoys being on stage.

  • @TheEarl666 - YES BUT NOT TOO MANY SINGERS SOUND GOOD DEAD NOW DO THEY?

  • Stevie your suck a rock star!!!!

  • Must of weird for her to sing such a powerful song WITHOUT Lindsey...

  • Stevie.....

  • She so sensual. I had the opportunity to see her in concert. That was in 1982 in Casper,

    wyoming.

  • ONE OF HER BESTSONGS" MEANNINGFUL" AND BEAUTIFUL!!

  • Everytime Lori and Sharon get a chance to get out there with Stevie and be more in the spot light she always seemed to try to steal it away. She just pushed Sharon in the back and hogs the microphone, she even tried to do it to Stevie a couple times but Stevie of course stood her ground.

  • I've been a fan of Stevie since the Buckingham Nicks days and this is simply an amazing video. There is just no one else like her......................

  • Stevies hair makes her whole head look like a beautiful vagina XD

  • @cubbycab With, I fear, a slightly more fragrant bouquet.

  • Thats my mama....i'm happy :) sooo fucking beautiful x

  • @Stardustinmyhair that is fucking amazing that your related ;D

  • That's a polite audience. Today you'd have drunken jackasses screaming through the entire song.

  • what? who actually disliked this video???!!

  • @krispito210 maybe they were looking for "kinky" leather and lace and got an angels' song instead

  • Her voice is too incredible. I had no idea something so perfect could exist....Absolute perfection...

  • She is as beautiful at 61 as she was back in the 70's

  • She is beautiful even at 61.Rock on Stevie.

  • She looks a little like Loreena McKennitt did when she was younger. Both great singers, but obviously very different styles.

  • i just turned 30 i was born when this was out. rock on stevie

  • what a voice , what a woman !

  • sweet harmony

  • She has to be the finest female ever... I mean just look at that beautiful thing she is fucking amazing! Not to mention she has that unbelievable voice to go with her beauty. If I had a choice to be with any woman in the world for one night she wins hands down. STEVIE I WANT YOU TO WANT ME ! LOL

  • yeah i caught that it only made it that much better with the break in her voice she is awesome

  • I love Stevie Nicks beautiful voice beautiful period. I wish I was around during the Fleetwood days.

  • @evxdaddy there is no such thing as a beautiful period.

  • @evxdaddy I was and loved it, soundtrack of many good times in my life.

  • @evxdaddy ---ain't cha??? *v*

  • @evxdaddy i never heard of a period being beautiful for most women... more like make them a bitch..but her voice is beautiful for sure, one of the best

  • The vocals with Sharon and Lori are just beautiful.

  • Oh my. This live. And she sounds this amazing. Wow.

  • img i loveee stevie nicks !! im named after her !!!!!!

  • I remember a Dead show-UCLA Pav-Band was 45 minutes late-I wandered backstage-found em-N-asked WHATS UP? NO BEER they replied-WAIT HERE-they did-Flew to a liquor store-returned with 4 cases of their favorite-N-got to burnNbrew with em for another hour backstage-show was 2 hours late-heh heh-Then there was the nite I babysat Lowell George's 6 year old son during a Ronstadt show-Talk about a girl magnet! And New Years Cheap Trick TWICE-N-Zep's last concert ever.

  • A great artist-her entire life-ups and downs-magic, precious in her own way-so many songs she did carry on today-I was fortunate to live through this era, seeing Fleetwood, Eagles, Zep, Tull, Ronstadt, Stones, Blondie-the list goes on-My friend's brother was a printer who'd rip us 8 - 16 backstage passes we'd collect from roadies during their afternoon set up-I ended up partying with most of these artists in the L.A-Forum Club after the shows and rarely ever bought a ticket.

  • ... hmmmm, if I'm not mistaken - this is first generation Dixie Chicks ... very well done, I might add :)

  • This is the greatest thing ever.

  • This appears to be from the HBO concert, that I actually have on DVD and this song wasn't on either. Where did this come from, and does anyone know if there was any other stuff cut from that show?

  • @Rickmeister3030 i had this tape for years. named white winged dove. leather and lace was edited out along with several others from the hbo special that i remember broadcast during the xmas holidays of 81 and released the following year.. but the performance did show up in the late 80s on beta and vhs titled 'it can't wait' (or) 'it won't wait' and among other clips included footage from an earlier promotion tour with tom petty (duet. stop dragging my heart around) or at least as i recall.

  • @georgemanzi I have it on VHs, but it is exactly the same thing as I have on DVD, I think my DVD is a bootleg or something though. Do you know what else was left out? Just curious as I can't think of anything else other than 1 or 2 songs from Bella Donna, but can't really see those as good live songs.

  • @Rickmeister3030 Bella Donna, How Still My Love, Angel, and Leather and Lace were the songs cut out. I would die if they resurfaced one day! Especially Bella Donna.

  • What a great performance - I bet blush sales were off the chart in the 80's.

  • If a dude don't think she is hot he is a HOMO!

  • Wonderful, wonderful. I wonder if Don ever sang this song with her live? What a concert that must have been; I wish I'd been there....

  • @Choc1Joe

  • @Choc1Joe i agree and i wud do ne think in the world to see it. :D

  • WOW!!That was an amazing job.I really loved the background vocals.

  • Wonderful!

  • i'd love to do a 4-way tongue kiss with those ladies

  • MAN THIS SONG ALWAYS MAKES ME CRY,,I REMEMBER MY GRANDMOTHRE LINDA,,,SHE LOVED THIS SONG.THIS SONG IS SO BEAUTIFULL

  • Real beatiful and touching scene with the three of them singing together like that. Unfortunately it's also quite chilling because that was the era that Stevie began destroying her beauty and voice with drugs. It's obvious that she's high on God knows what in this video. What a shame and a waste.

  • no lip syncing here... amazing

  • NOPE not alone....SHE'S AMAZING!!! NOT to mention such a beautiful woman!

  • Fuck you idiots that think Stevie stinks. Enough said?? Am I alone here??

  • still amazing...

  • the girl in the middile is hot patooti. Been her backup singers forever.
