@cedpooh38 ok, a flop is when you make no money from an album. going gold now a days means you made no money. in fact your in the hole. also Im fairly sure that the record label bought back thousands of albums to insure that he went gold to keep his status. it really happends. considering that he sold one million in a week for the previous album, more money was placed in to promotion and by going merely gold a whole lot of people lost a bunch of money. hope that answers your question
