  • awwwww ur gonna b a teacher!

  • What is an RA?

  • @misssilverstar03 an RA is a "Room Assistant". She wants to become a school teacher and you have to be a "teacher's helper". At least thats what I think

  • I CANT BELIEVE I WATCHED THE WHOLE THING!! lol, but cool dorm. Thats good you get to be alone.

  • Do you get payed to be a R.A?

  • @hiboo54 Yeah, but not very much at my school..Other schools you get free room and/or board.

  • omg u are soooo lucky! u have no roomate, two closets, and an attached closet!

  • Holy squeaky door.

  • @invaderlola666 haha yep

  • howd you move all of that stuff??

  • How do you become an RA?

  • @Ladytrackstar1 I'm sure every school is different, but this is how my school does it. The Resident Life Director (person in charge of dorms) sends an e-mail to all the students saying they will be hiring RAs/RDs. The email has an application attached. So, you fill out the app and get the appropriate references and then the Res Life Director emails you back to set up a time to have an interview. Then you get interviewed and hopefully hired!

  • Haha you like Dr. Pepper don't you? (:

  • @sgardin73 Haha sure do!!

  • @SillySpoiledBrat Thanks!! I'm glad you like it!!!!

  • I am going to go to school to be a teacher but im not sure what college yet. Do you have any ideas, reccomendations? Please message me if you do. Thanks.!

  • @cheergymgurl123 I would rather not say on a comment, but if you want to message me I would be happy to talk to you about school.

  • Wow, your dorm and my 1st year dorm (from last year) are freakishly alike...no lie I seriously think we go to the same school.

  • @hellohaze Haha that's crazy!!

  • can i ask, not to sound stupid or anything but whats a RA ?

  • @rachelward1992x It stands for Resident Assistant. I'm kinda in charge of everyone on my floor in my dorm.

  • @1002mstude ohhh, thats must be fun, being in charge :) and getting your own room.

  • @rachelward1992x an R.A is a residence advisor its someone who is assigned to each residence usually a smaller residence has about six they are there if you need someone to talk to about personal issues, school, or if you just need someone to talk to. They are in charge of planning events for your wing and making sure residence is a pleasant experience for you, they are also a lot of help for first years.
