@Cavannaro This is simple. First of, help yourself. Once you have done that, you will be able to help another. If you try helping to someone now, you can ruin yourself.

Then you can offer some help in many ways... if you were born to sit and to use a computer, so use it for helping purposes! You can always send some your money to some foundation in order to help people (homeless or sick, or anyone else...).

If you sit now it doesn't mean that you are useless. ;)

If you don't want to sit, so go!

@karrodeadd this is simple, the more people will think that they are not civilized, the more negative energy they will release... on the other hand, we (people) should think and develop ourselves and people around us. The best way of teaching is giving a good example. Do good, think good, smile and people around will catch your smile and right behaviour. If you don't like something, just ignore and leave. But never argue. People learn way of showing, but never accept any attack. ;)
