When I was growing up in the 70s, the Constitution was referred to as a "living document" meaning it was an active piece of legislation, creating the structure of our government, and the laws we live by every day, as opposed to merely an artifact of history.
Today's Liberals have changed that definition, unfortunately.

If Philip Berg is lying, and this could possibly destroy Barack's candidacy, why have the DNC and the Obama Campaign not sued him for libel?
I know if these "vicious rumors" were being published about me, and I had nothing to hide in a court of law I would have sued for libel the day Berg presented this suit.
Instead the DNC and Obama decided to file an injunction to avoid having to prove the unprovable which would ultimately lead to the absolute destruction of the Democratic Party.

Usually, when someone accuses another of being unable to substantiate something, that person, whether in court, or in private/public, produces said evidence, and then we're done with it.

Obama was not vetted at all. He couldn't be an agent in the CIA or FBI, nor could he hold a top secret clearance in ANY capacity, yet he's on the verge of holding the highest seat in the WHOLE WORLD?
The Democratic Party USED to care about the welfare of the citizens of the United States. Now, all they care about is stark-naked power. This country is screwed.

It is dangerous to have this person campaigning for the Presidency of this great nation. His socialist views are scary besides his lies and duplicity. Something serious needs to be done immediately to stop this campaign. If he gets elected, there will be serious repercussions. The national needs to help expose this maniac.

Yes, Both of McCains Parents were "Always US Citizens" and McCain was born on a US Military base in Panama during war, it has been clearly outlined by the law itself that John McCain "IS" a US Citizen.
PS I would rather have Sarah Palin running this nation that a RACIST SCUMBAG that has EMBRACED CORRUPTION (Tony Rezko) rather than Sarah Palin that fought corruption and won!
