It seems the way called "tateyama kurobe alpen root" between toyama prefecture and nagano in japan.

@FarFromEquilibrium You can see them in the video on the right called quitanieves en tateyama kurobe. I think there's one with an English title somewhere too - something like Cleaning snow in Japan's snow canyon or something like that.
