What they didn't do was shoot all the little things like the television screens or the lights for bonus points, otherwise they would have received the bonus stage.

I also noticed they skipped the explosive shotgun shells flashing in the corner, if they had gotten that, by shooting it, they would have done a lot more damage in the scenes to follow.

It could be that 2:41 is a glitch and 1:11 is a cut.

This would have been the perfect action movie if it just has better humor. Some of their one liners and puns were so stupid and shallow. There are times when the action is so elongated that you forget what the story is all about.

I don't speak Cantonese, but years of watching bad translations and the occasional good translation, it's hard to judge dialogue like that with only subtitles to go on.

For me the characters are still great because of the emotions and inflections in the speech. The subs get the job done so you have a general idea of what is going on in the plot.
